Wanda Skonieczny

Wanda Skonieczny Born at Aix-en-Provence in 1973,

Wanda Skonieczny lives and works in the department of Yonne

(near Paris). Weaver of images, Wanda Skonieczny develops a

technical pictures which is printed on tissue in the format

related to the public and the places she invests.

She ask the potentiality of tissue support observing through

the patterns transparency, folds, draperies, sewing, the

progressive changes of its models from birth to childhood, from

the adolescence to the adulthood until the age.

In parallel with her installation work in the galleries and

institutional places, she develops different projects of

interventions with divers publics (schools, middle schools,

high school, hospital, social centers)..

She gives lessons at the university. She published her first

monographic work ' "Liens" on 2011 and "traines" on 2011 on

 ditions Filigranes.
